1 adet kabuk tarçını 1 su bardağı kaynar suyun içine atın. Tam olarak 5 dakika kaynatın. Burada kaynama süresi çok önemli olduğundan ne az nede fazla kaynatmayın.Ayrıca içerisine tarçın haricinde hiçbir şey katmayın.
Hazırladığınız kaynamış tarçın suyunu haftada 3 yada 4 gün olmak üzere 1 bardak için.
Önemli Notlar :
- Kabuk tarçın güzelce soğuk suyla yıkanır.İçerisinde küf veya mantar oluşmuş olabilir.
- Ölçülere mutlaka riayet edilmesi gerekli. 1 Bardak su 1 adet kabuk tarçın
- Hiçbir tatlandırıcı kullanılmayacak.
- Etkisini artırmak için veya azaltmak için içerisine hiçbir şey ilave edilmeyecek.
- Bu yöntem Kan Şekerini düşürmek için kullanılmamalı.

Kozmik beden temizliği yılda 2 defa genellikle kozmozdaki ay hareketlerine bağlı olarak ilkbahar ve sonbaharda yapılır.
Kozmik beden temizliği; ilkbaharda mart, nisan, mayıs aylarında, sonbaharda ise eylül, ekim, kasım aylarında ayın gökteki hareketine göre, yine gökteki ayın(kameri) 9.günü başlanır, 15. günü bitirilir. 15. gün dolunayda kozmik beden temizliği, lavman, detoks, arınma yapılarak, karaciğer, safra ve kalın bağırsak temizliği yapılmış olur.
Tecrübeler göstermiştir ki, kozmik beden temizliği sonrasında kan değerlerinden başlayarak, bağışıklık sistemine kadar olağanüstü değişiklikler yaşanmıştır. Bedenin 60 yılda 10 yaş gençleşmesi sağlanabilmektedir.
Herkesin yalnız başına evinde yapabileceği 1 haftalık kozmik beden temizliği için yapılması gerekenlerin başında;
birinci olarak beslenme alışkanlığımızı değiştirmek,
İkinci olarak bedene alacağımız bitki sularıyla beslenmeyi uygulamamız, üçüncü olarak da bir hafta metodlu olarak sulu lavman, detoks uygulaması gelir.
7inci güne özel 1 bardak zeytin yağı ve 1 bardak limon suyunu akşamları yudum yudum planlı olarak anlatıldığı gibi kullanıp içerek gece yatılır. Beden ve karaciğer sıcak tutulur. Programın 8inci günü yani ayın(gökteki ayın) 15’inden 16’sına geçilen sabah yine lavman, detoks yaparak temizlenip, arınma gerçekleştirilir. Lavman metodunun bir gün daha devam edilmesi önerilir.

Hazırlanışı : Yaklaşık yarım litre suyu bir tencerede kaynatın. 3 çorba kaşığı kurutulmuş kır papatyasını (büyük papatya olmaz) kaynamakta olan suyun içine atın.
Uygulanışı : Başınızı havlu ile örterek, yüzünüzü buharına tutarak burnunuzdan nefes alıp verin.
Bu uygulamayı 5 dakika uygulayın. 5 dakika tamamlandıktan sonra yarım saat ara verip tekrar beş dakika aynı şekilde başınızı havlu ile örterek uygulayın.
